Driving up Alpine, you will pass a Shell Station, and the Ladera Shopping Center, that includes:

• Bianchini’s Grocery (carries local farmer's produce, quality butcher and fish, with deli and take-out food as well)
• Amigo’s Mexican (super Mexican; friendly bar; the owner is a tequila maker as well)
• Lobster Shack (ex Maine lobster exporter now runs this ‘fresh lobster daily’ restaurant with ‘lobsta rolls.’)
• Portola Kitchen (Local favorite, friendly bar, California/Italian cooking, patio seating, great pizzas)
• Konditorei (Coffee shop, pastries)
• Koma Sushi
  
• Dry Cleaner and Laundry. UPS Store.

From the parking area, the path to the right of the house takes you down to the Patio and Cabana (shown below)

Look for the red mailbox. 

The Cabana and its patio are secluded, down a bank from the main house.

Alpine Exit from 280

From SFO: 380 West to 280 South.

Exit Alpine, turn Right. 
From SJC: 880 South to 280 North.
Exit Alpine, turn Left

Continue west about 1.5 miles.

You’ll see Alpine Inn (Formerly Rossotti’s) on the left. (Local favorite, cheeseburgers under the trees.)

IMMEDIATE right on Golden Oak.
